District resource center was established in Vizianagaram district in the year of 2009-10 in Jattu Prakruthi Adi Devo bhava Campus with the halp of Society for elimination of rural Poverty (SERP). The memorandum of understanding signed between Jattu Trust Executive Trustee and CEO, SERP.
